CANCELLATIONS
A credit card is REQUIRED to schedule any services.
I understand life gets crazy and sometimes scheduling conflicts can happen! Though it is often difficult to fill a spot in a small time frame. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file.
NO SHOWS
If you no show/do not show up to your appointment, there will be a charge of 75% of your service cost to your card on file. Repeat offenders may be blocked from scheduling any services in the future.
ILLNESS AND EMERGENCIES
Getting sick is the absolute worst! If you do not feel well the day of your appointment, please reschedule and do not come to your appointment. Life happens and on special circumstances like this, a one time waive will be offered. Though if this is abused, you will be charged and may be blocked from booking future services. If you fail to show up without prior notification, you may be charged the no show fee and may be blocked from booking future services.
REFUNDS/ADJUSTMENTS
As always, my number one goal behind the chair is for you to love your hair! If you are unhappy with anything after you leave your appointment, you have 4 days to notify me for a complementary “adjustment” appointment. Refunds or partial refunds are not allowed.
Please keep in mind though… your partner, family, friends, etc., not liking your hair does not constitute for an “adjustment” appointment. If extra product is required beyond the scope of adjusting your current hair/style that was discussed during the consultation, i.e. a totally different look, etc., an additional product fee may be required.
LATE POLICY
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may need to be adjusted to fit your service time slot. If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged the no show fee of 75% of the service.
